What services does Naples Picasso Flowers offer?
We design and install wedding florals, corporate events and galas, private celebrations, and sympathy and funeral flowers across Southwest Florida. Where is Naples Picasso Flowers located?
Our consultation studio is at 780 5th Ave S, Ste 200, Naples, FL 34102, open by appointment Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Our production team is based in Bonita Springs, which keeps us minutes from every neighborhood we serve. We do not run a walk-in shop; orders are placed online or by phone.
Who leads the design team?
Mirela Beneš, a German-trained Florida State Master Designer who has worked at master level since 2001. She placed 2nd in the 2010s category of the AIFD Designs of the Decades international competition, a top-ten worldwide finish, and is a 2026 Gulfshore Life Best of the Gulfshore floral design finalist.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Marco Island and Fort Myers, including gated communities, country clubs, resorts, hospitals, funeral homes and churches. The checkout confirms your address. For weddings and events we also travel: Miami is a dedicated service, and West Palm Beach and Tampa are welcome by inquiry. See areas we serve.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes. Order online by 11 AM (or call by 1 PM), Monday through Friday, and your arrangement is hand-delivered the same day by our own team. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Order online or call (239) 297-0352.
What is Designer’s Choice?
It is how most of our clients order. You choose the size and the color palette or occasion, and Mirela’s team designs the arrangement from the best blooms in the studio that day. No two are alike. If a substitution is ever needed, we substitute upward, never down. See Designer’s Choice.
Can I customize an arrangement?
Yes. Tell us the palette, the occasion, the recipient or the room it is going to, and we design to it. For weddings, events and weekly programs we start with a consultation so the florals match your venue, your brand or your table exactly.
How do I order sympathy or funeral flowers?
Choose a piece from our sympathy collection or call us. In the order notes, give us the name of the person being honored, the funeral home or church, and the date and time of the service. We coordinate delivery with the funeral home so the flowers are in place before guests arrive.
How far in advance should I book wedding flowers?
Nine to twelve months ahead is ideal for peak-season Saturdays, November through April. Off-season dates can often be secured three to six months out. For smaller weddings and short timelines, call us and we will tell you honestly what we can do. Wedding consultations are complimentary. See our wedding work.
Do you provide flowers for corporate events and offices?
Yes. We design galas, donor dinners, product launches and conferences, and we run weekly lobby and office programs on a standing schedule. Every piece is designed, delivered and installed by our own team. Start at our corporate florist page.
How do I schedule a consultation?
