Plan Your Wedding or Event with Naples Picasso Flowers
Every wedding, corporate event and private celebration we accept is designed by Mirela Beneš, a German-trained Florida State Master Designer, and installed by our own team. We take a limited number of weddings each weekend, so tell us about yours below. We reply the same or the next business day, Monday to Friday, with availability for your date and the next step.

What Happens Next
From Your Inquiry to the Day Itself
1. We reply the same or the next business day
Mirela or Patrick writes back with availability for your date and one or two questions, Monday to Friday, usually the same day.
2. A design consultation
A call, a video call, or an hour at our consultation studio on Fifth Avenue South, by appointment. We talk through the venue, the palette, the pieces and the budget, and we show you work from similar celebrations.
3. Your proposal
A written proposal with every piece described and priced. Your date is reserved once the proposal is signed and the deposit is received.
4. The day itself
Changes are welcome up to six weeks before your date, and final details are confirmed about three weeks before. On the day, our own team delivers, installs and, where the venue needs it, returns to take everything down. Nothing is brokered to a third party.
Peak-season Saturdays, November through April, book nine to twelve months ahead. Off-season dates can often be secured three to six months out.
