At Naples Picasso Flowers, every arrangement is conceived and led by Mirela Beneš a German-trained Florida State Master Designer who placed 2nd in the 2010s category of the AIFD “Designs of the Decades” international competition, a top-ten worldwide finish.
Her approach is architectural, editorial, and unmistakably bespoke. Where many studios work from a catalogue of recipes, Mirela designs to the room, the light, and the couple, the ceiling height of a ballroom, the hour of a beach ceremony, the exact ivory of a gown. It is a way of working shaped over decades in Germany and Florida, and her story runs through every design that leaves our 5th Avenue South studio.

Calusa Ballroom
30,000 square feet under 24-foot ceilings, with Gulf views. Scale like this calls for elevated centerpieces, architectural staging, and suspended installations that hold the room.
Banyan Ballroom
17,000 square feet with sweeping pre-function space. We design cocktail hour and reception as one continuous composition, so the evening never loses its thread.
Palms Lawn & Terrace
Ceremonies against an unobstructed ocean backdrop, then sunset cocktails on the terrace. Low, wind-wise designs that frame the Gulf instead of fighting it.
The Beach
10.1 acres of private white sand with two dedicated ceremony sites. Weighted arch mechanics and salt-tolerant blooms, engineered for breeze, heat, and golden-hour light.
Rooftop & Terraces
Intimate rooftop nuptials and palm-lined terraces. Restrained, sculptural pieces sized for close quarters and open sky.

How do you handle beach ceremonies and Gulf wind?
Beachfront florals are engineered, not just arranged. We build ceremony structures with weighted, wind-tested mechanics and select blooms that hold up to salt air, heat, and afternoon sun, so a sunset ceremony on the sand looks as composed at the last photo as it did at the first.
Can we bring our own florist to a JW Marriott wedding?
That decision belongs to the resort. Outside-vendor policies differ from property to property and can change, so please confirm with your resort event manager before booking any florist. Naples Picasso Flowers is an independent studio and is not affiliated with the resort. Where outside florists are permitted, we provide insurance certificates and follow the load-in and vendor rules the resort sets.
How far in advance should we book?
For peak season, winter through spring, nine to twelve months is ideal. We intentionally limit the number of weddings we accept each weekend to protect the quality of every event.
Do you serve other Marco Island venues?
