I am only delivering to the Following Cities:

  • Naples
  • Marco Island
  • Bonita Springs
  • Fort Myers
  • Any other Cities or Parts of Florida can be discussed and will be extra charged.

RETURN POLICY

Flowers are not refundable, exchangeable, returnable, or replaceable.

Terms and Conditions

  • A Delivery can only be processed and performed after the Payment went through.
  • Flowers are not refundable, exchangeable, returnable, or replaceable.
  • Further Conditions and Terms: During the entire rental period, the Client is responsible for safety, uses of the leased/rented or purchased Products at his own risk, as well as the liability for all – even caused by third parties – damaged (especially loss or theft).
  • In case of heavy pollution of leased/rented Products, special cleaning is charged.
  • Naples Picasso Flowers LLC reserves the right to charge for damage/loss / improper handling of his leased/rented Products in the Amount of the replacement Value.
  • If Products have been delivered and need to get picked up by Naples Picasso Flowers LLC. , the Products must be packed in full on the day of collection, in the packaging provided and stored in one and dry place and ready for collection by Naples Picasso Flowers LLC.
  • In order to avoid higher costs, damage or loss of the leased/rented items must be reported to Naples Picasso Flowers LLC in advance or at the latest upon collection.
  • Heavily waxed Products will be charged with a service charge of $ 40.00 per Piece.
  • Service/cleaning fees are to be paid immediately upon pickup/delivery.
  • After the Event, leased/rented Textiles must be completely and dryly packaged to prevent staining and mold growth.
  • Ribbons/Sashes that go back in a knotted condition, will be charged with a service fee of $ 1.00 per item for unknotting.
  • The Products must be checked immediately by the Renter upon delivery.
  • Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
  • Changes to the order can be made no later than 14 days before the rental date/event.
  • The Products will be checked after arrival in our warehouse for completeness and integrity.
  • Shipping or delivery is only possible if the amount has been transferred to 100% via prepayment (Cash, Credit Card, or Check) on my business account!
  • After commissioning, an immediate deposit of 50% is required. Another 50% must be received no later than 7 days before arrival/event on our specified business account.
  • When ordering, the goods are bindingly reserved for you. Order Cancelations less than 7 days before the event, can be charged by Naples Picasso Flowers LLC with 50% of the Quotation.
  • You can pay with Credit Card, Check, Cash, or via Square, on personal pickup!
  • Flowers and any other items that the customer has purchased from Naples Picasso Flowers LLC, are not suitable for consumption, eating, chewing, or swallowing in any kind of way and Naples Picasso Flowers is not liable for any damage to health caused by the consumption, eating, chewing or swallowing in any kind of way
