Where we deliver
Our own team hand-delivers in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers. Other areas are possible by arrangement and at an additional charge. The delivery fee for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.
Same-day delivery
Order online by 11 AM or by phone at (239) 297-0352 by 1 PM, Monday through Friday, and your arrangement is delivered the same day. Later orders are delivered on the next available delivery day. We do our best to meet a requested time of day, but we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
Self pickup
You can choose self pickup at checkout. The pickup details are confirmed with your order.
Returns and refunds
Flowers are perishable and every order is made for you, so all sales are final. Flowers cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will review it and decide on a fair solution.
Payment
Payment is due in full before delivery. Online orders are paid at checkout through our payment processor, Square. Wedding and event invoices are paid as stated in your proposal.
