Every wedding we accept is designed by Mirela Beneš, German-trained and a Florida State Master Designer, and installed by our own team. From the bridal bouquet to the ceremony arch and the last centerpiece, nothing is brokered and nothing is left to a delivery driver. We take a limited number of weddings each weekend, at LaPlaya, the Naples Yacht Club and venues from Marco Island to Fort Myers.

A Master Designer, Not a Flower Shop
When you book Naples Picasso Flowers you are not ordering arrangements from a counter; you are commissioning a designer. Every wedding is led personally by Mirela Beneš, trained in Germany, a Florida State Master Designer, and 2nd in the 2010s category of the AIFD Designs of the Decades international competition, a top-ten finish worldwide. Her work is designed to the standard expected by Disney, Dior, Chanel, Omega, Ferragamo and Fox Corporation.
What that means on your day: a palette that works in your venue’s light, pieces built to hold up in Florida heat, and the designer who drew it leading the installation. Our own team delivers, installs and takes down; no part of your wedding is passed to a subcontractor.

The bridal bouquet designed around the dress and the palette, bridesmaid bouquets that echo it, boutonnieres, corsages and flower crowns, all made fresh for your wedding day.
Ceremony & Altar Design
Arches, arbors and chuppahs, aisle markers and altar pieces for beach, garden, church and ballroom ceremonies, built on site by our own team.
Reception & Tablescapes
Centerpieces from low and lush to tall and dramatic, head and sweetheart table florals, bar and cocktail pieces, cake flowers and the welcome table.
Floral Installations
Hanging designs, flower walls, chandeliers and large-scale statement pieces, engineered for the room and installed and removed by us.
Repurposing & Second Looks
Ceremony pieces moved to the reception during cocktail hour, so the arch becomes the backdrop of the head table and nothing is bought twice.
Delivery, Setup & Breakdown
Every piece delivered, installed and styled by our own team on the day, with Mirela on site, and taken down afterwards where the venue requires it.

Send the date, the venue and a budget range through the inquiry form. Mirela or Patrick writes back the same or the next business day with availability and one or two questions.
The consultation
By phone, by video or at our consultation studio on Fifth Avenue South, by appointment. We talk through the venue, the palette, the pieces and the budget, and show you weddings from similar venues.
The proposal
A written proposal with every piece described and priced. Your date is reserved once the proposal is signed and the deposit is received. Changes are welcome up to six weeks before your date, and we confirm the final details about three weeks before.
The day itself
Our own team delivers, installs and styles, with Mirela on site. Where the venue requires it, we return after the reception to take everything down. You arrive and breathe it in.
Peak-season Saturdays, November through April, book nine to twelve months ahead. Off-season dates can often be secured three to six months out.
What It Costs
What Wedding Flowers Cost in Naples
Couples ask this first, so here is the honest answer. Four things set the number: the guest count, because every table is a centerpiece; the ceremony pieces; any installation such as an arch, a hanging design or a flower wall; and the flowers themselves, since garden roses, peonies and orchids cost more than most. Season matters less than people think, but a Saturday in March books earlier than a Thursday in September.
The inquiry form asks for a budget range, so the first proposal already fits it. After the consultation you receive a written proposal with every piece described and priced, and nothing is added later unless you change your order. Where a piece would cost more than it is worth to you, Mirela says so and shows the alternative.

How far in advance should we book a wedding florist in Naples?
Peak-season Saturdays, November through April, book nine to twelve months ahead; we take a limited number of weddings each weekend. Off-season and smaller weddings can often be arranged three to six months out, sometimes faster. Send the date and we tell you the same day whether it is open.

Which wedding venues do you work at?
We have designed weddings and events at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort, the Naples Yacht Club, Naples Grande Beach Resort, JW Marriott Marco Island, Quail West, Grey Oaks and Talis Park, and at private estates and beaches across Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers, and we take bookings for other venues. Naples Picasso Flowers is an independent studio, not affiliated with or endorsed by any venue. Please confirm the outside-vendor policy with the events team at your venue, and we will coordinate with them from there.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes, and many planners bring us in for the design level and the reliability. We work from the planner’s timeline, attend the walkthrough when it helps, and keep one point of contact from the proposal to the takedown.
What wedding flowers are in season in Southwest Florida?
Garden roses, orchids, ranunculus, anemones and lisianthus are available most of the year. Peonies are at their best in spring and early summer, dahlias in autumn. For summer weddings we steer toward flowers that hold up in the heat, orchids, anthurium and tropicals among them, and keep the delicate stems for the indoor pieces.
Can we see your work before we decide?
Yes. The consultation takes place by phone, by video or at our consultation studio on Fifth Avenue South, by appointment. We show weddings from similar venues and palettes and talk through what each piece costs before anything is drawn up.
