Every celebration is designed by Mirela Beneš, a German-trained Florida State Master Designer who placed 2nd in the 2010s category of the AIFD Designs of the Decades international competition, a top-ten worldwide finish. The studio holds 170+ five-star Google reviews from clients across Naples.

You meet Mirela at our consultation studio on Fifth Avenue South, by appointment, or she comes to you. The flowers themselves are designed by our own team in Southwest Florida and travel to Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers, and to Sanibel, Captiva and Cape Coral for events. Celebrations We Design

A private celebration is a different job from a gift arrangement. The flowers have to work as a room, not as a single vase, and they have to arrive and be placed while you are busy with everything else. These are the private occasions we design for.

Milestone Birthdays

A 40th, a 60th, a 90th. Table flowers, an entrance piece, a bar arrangement and the small details that make the room feel like a party for one person.

Yes. Naples Picasso Flowers delivers and places every piece before your first guest arrives, working around your caterer and your own schedule. For larger celebrations the team installs on site and returns for the breakdown.

How much do flowers for a private celebration cost?

Each celebration is quoted individually, because the cost depends on the number of tables, the size of the pieces and the scale of any installation. Naples Picasso Flowers prepares an itemized proposal after the consultation, and nothing is added to the price afterward unless you change the plan.

How far ahead should I book a florist for a private event in Naples?

As early as you can during the season, November through April, when weekends fill quickly. Off season, a few weeks is often enough. If your date is close, call (239) 297-0352; inquiries are answered the same or the next business day.

What is the difference between ordering birthday flowers online and hiring you for a birthday party?

An arrangement from the online shop is a gift for one person, delivered the same day when ordered by 11 AM, Monday through Friday.
