Naples Picasso Flowers

Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026

Naples Picasso Flowers LLC (“Naples Picasso Flowers”, “we”, “us”) is an independent floral and event design studio in Naples, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through naplespicassoflowers.com and when you order from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

In short: we use your information to design and deliver your flowers and to stay in touch with you. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to wire services or anyone else for their own use.

Information we collect

  • Orders. Your name, email address, phone number and billing address; the recipient’s name, delivery address and phone number; the delivery date; your card message and any notes for the designer.
  • Event and wedding inquiries. The details you share in our inquiry form or questionnaire, such as your event date, venue, guest count, budget range, style preferences and inspiration.
  • Accounts. If you have an account, your login details and saved addresses.
  • Messages. Emails, calls, text messages and reviews you send us.
  • Website use. Your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Payments

Payments made on our website are processed by Square, our payment processor. Your full card number is sent directly to Square and is not stored on our website. If you choose to save a card for future orders, it is stored by Square, and we see only the card type and its last four digits.

How we use your information

  • To design, prepare and deliver your order, and to contact you or the recipient about the delivery.
  • To answer inquiries and to plan and carry out your wedding or event.
  • To send order confirmations and other service messages.
  • To send our newsletter and other marketing emails to customers and subscribers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To run, protect and improve our website, and to prevent fraud and spam.
  • To meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.

The people you send flowers to

When you send flowers, you give us the recipient’s name, address and phone number. We use these details only to complete the delivery and, where needed, to contact the recipient about it. We do not use recipient details for marketing.

Newsletter and marketing emails

We send emails about seasonal designs, events and offers to customers and to people who subscribe, for example by ticking the newsletter box at checkout. We send them through our email provider, Klaviyo. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us by email to remove you. Order confirmations and delivery messages are part of your order and are sent in any case.

Calls and text messages

We may call or text you or the recipient about an order, for example to arrange a delivery. We send marketing text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them; you can reply STOP to end them at any time, and message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to marketing texts is never a condition of buying from us. We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not work with wire services or relay florists: every order is designed and delivered by our own team. We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for that work:

  • Square, for payment processing.
  • Klaviyo, for email.
  • Google, for website analytics, advertising measurement, maps and spam protection on our forms.
  • Automattic, the company behind WooCommerce, Jetpack and Akismet, for store software, site statistics, security and spam filtering.
  • Our website hosting, backup and security providers.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, when it is needed to protect our rights, our customers or the public, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. In that case this policy continues to apply to the information that is transferred.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We also use Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement tags, Jetpack statistics and Klaviyo to understand how the site is used and how our emails and advertising perform.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The cart and checkout need cookies to work. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, manage the ads Google shows you at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies at optout.aboutads.info. Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Some pages include content from other companies, such as a Google map, Instagram posts and Google reCAPTCHA on our forms. These services may collect information under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep information

  • Order records: for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
  • Event inquiries and planning details: for as long as needed to respond, to plan and deliver your event, and to answer later questions about it.
  • Marketing email addresses: until you unsubscribe.
  • Account information: until you ask us to close the account.

Security

Our website uses SSL encryption to protect information in transit, access to order and customer information is limited to our team, and payments are handled by Square. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Discretion

Client names are never published without written consent.
