The Designer

Florals Worthy of a Ritz-Carlton Celebration

A wedding at The Ritz-Carlton is never an ordinary occasion, and its florals should never feel ordinary either. At Naples Picasso Flowers, every arrangement is conceived and led by Mirela Beneš — a German-trained Florida State Master Designer who placed 2nd at the AIFD Designer of the Decades international competition, the only US designer in the global top ten.

Her approach is architectural, editorial, and unmistakably bespoke. Where many florists work from a set catalogue of recipes, Mirela designs to the room, the light, and the couple — building installations with the scale, structure, and restraint that a Ritz-Carlton ballroom or a Gulf-front ceremony demands. Nothing is templated. Every wedding is drawn from a blank page.

It is the difference between flowers that fill a space and florals that define it. Meet Mirela ›

The Venues

Designed for Every Ritz-Carlton Naples Setting

There are two Ritz-Carlton properties in Naples, each with its own character. We design for both, tailoring every detail to the space rather than forcing one look across very different settings.

The Ritz-Carlton, Naples — Beachfront Resort

Gulf-front ceremonies as the sun sets over the water, intimate gatherings at The Beach House and The Tea Garden, and grand receptions in the ballroom. Beachfront florals must be engineered for Gulf breezes and golden-hour light — we design installations that read beautifully on camera and stay flawless from first look to last dance.

The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón — Golf Resort

The grand Tiburón Ballroom, the serene Court Palms and Lake Lawn, and lakeside ceremonies framed by the golf resort’s manicured landscape. High ballroom ceilings invite height and architecture; the outdoor settings call for lush, garden-rooted design. We scale each concept to the room it lives in.

Questions

Ritz-Carlton Naples Wedding Florist FAQ

Can we bring our own wedding florist to The Ritz-Carlton, Naples?

In most cases, yes. The Ritz-Carlton welcomes independent, licensed and insured floral designers. We coordinate directly with your Ritz-Carlton wedding specialist, provide the required certificate of insurance, and manage load-in and breakdown so your day runs seamlessly.

Do you design weddings at both the beach resort and Tiburón?

Yes. We design for The Ritz-Carlton, Naples beachfront resort and The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón golf resort, tailoring each design to its setting, from Gulf-front ceremonies to the Tiburón Ballroom.

What makes florals for a Ritz-Carlton wedding different?

Scale and setting. Ballroom ceilings call for height and architecture, while beachfront ceremonies must hold up to Gulf breezes and sunset light. We design for the specific space rather than from a catalogue.

Who personally designs the florals?

Mirela Beneš, a German-trained Florida State Master Designer who placed 2nd at the AIFD Designer of the Decades international competition — the only US designer in the global top ten — leads every design.

How far in advance should we book?

For peak season, winter through spring, nine to twelve months is ideal. We intentionally limit the number of weddings we accept each weekend to protect the quality of every event.

Can you handle the full wedding weekend?

Yes — welcome events, rehearsal dinners, ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch, all with a single designer and one point of contact across every event. See our full wedding floral services ›
